1 Spot Left!
This is a weekend like no other. A weekend getaway especially for you.
Designed to help you release stress, connect you to other like-minded people, allow you to relax, be pampered, and guide you to find and celebrate your own special source of creativity.
Join us at The Shalom House in West Bend, WI on June 9-11th.
Our retreat includes all (nutritious and tasty) meals with special consideration for any dietary needs or preferences. One of our meals will be prepared by "Two Chefs": Sunday morning made to order omelets and pancakes. We will enjoy 3 different yoga practices - gentle hatha, vinyasa flow, and restorative. A meditation practice will be included on Sunday morning. All of our practices will be accessible for all levels.
Our location has very scenic walking trails (all clearly marked). The Shalom Wildlife Zoo is just across the road and West Bend boasts many unique little shops and a Farmer's Market for us to browse. The Frank Lloyd Wright design home is a lovely 4 bedroom (twin beds) 4 bathroom home situated on 12 acres in the Kettle Moraine Forest. The huge great room is all hardwood flooring perfect for practicing yoga. The Shalom House is fully appointed with all that we need including linens and towels, you only need to bring your yoga mat.
Our agenda includes yoga, meditation, amazing food, excellent company, shopping, hiking, walking, massages and simply relaxing. On Saturday evening we will explore our theme of Creativity with simple mandala projects and more.
Take time to pamper yourself with a massage on Saturday if you desire. Two female massage therapists will join us on Saturday morning to offer this treatment.
Cost for retreat with 1/2 hour massage $355, with 1 hour massage $385 (without massage $315).

Are you looking to begin your weekend releasing the stress of your work week and feeling completely relaxed? Peaceful Friday Night is for you. Yin Yoga, Upper Body Massage, Candlelight and Meditation make up the most amazing combination to help tension melt away. We begin with a nourishing Yin practice of long held postures set to candlelight while one student at a time receives an upper body massage by Brenda Birno of Divine Touch Massage Therapy LLC (treatment room within Peace Yoga Studio & Wellness Center). We culminate with a silent meditation that will fill you with peace.
