Yin Yoga & Ashtanga

Laura took her first yoga class in 2003 when she was attracted to the serenity and happiness of yogis she saw. After that first class, she was hooked — she especially enjoyed the challenge and fun of the balance poses. Years later, in 2010, she finished her yoga teacher training in vinyasa, the ashtanga sequence and slow flow. She went on to deepen her skills in yin yoga and ashtanga. Laura feels blessed to have studied with many gifted and compassionate teachers and is grateful to share her love of the practice with her students. She brings a playfulness to her teaching while honoring the tradition and philosophy of her teachers. The healing potential of the practice is something Laura likes to explore both in her personal practice and in her teaching.
